Our Classes


  - Focusing on Strength & Mobility, this 60 minute classes uses a hiits (high intensity interval training) format to give you an amazing functional workout that targets the upper body, lower body, and core.

Runner X

  - 75 minute class that provides running and strength & mobility work in a unique format. Typically is 3 1/2 to 5 miles of running and 20-30 minutes of exercises.

Strength & Conditioning For Runners

   - The perfect supplement to your running this class targets the areas runners need to address.

Track Workouts

  - This is our most popular workout and is a structured track workout with various levels and pace groups. 

6:00pm - 6:15pm - Warm Up On Your own on outside lanes of track at a very easy pace.

6:20pm - 6:45pm - Drills & Strides (instructur led)

6:45pm - 7:30pm - The Workout

7:30pm - 7:40pm - Cooldown jog (outside lanes of track nice and easy)
